Pavel Kolmogorov is a seasoned senior attorney. He earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the prestigious University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2017. During his time at Berkeley, he had the honor of externing for the Honorable Laurel Beeler at the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Mr. Kolmogorov’s legal expertise is bolstered by his international credentials, having earned a foreign law degree and practicing law overseas. Licensed to practice in the states of California and the District of Columbia, he is also admitted to practice in the federal courts of the Northern, Southern, and Central Districts of California.

With over nine years of legal experience, Mr. Kolmogorov has developed a reputation as a highly skilled and successful litigator, particularly in complex civil litigation disputes.
